Very smooth process from start to key collection. Good site for visiting and parking onsite, better than being in the city with parking issues. Great to have a box handed over with the keys with plenty of useful discounts which we will take advantage of. I have to say thank you for the goodies in the box also, came in handy with our first cup of tea without shopping! Thank you Jess!

Following our house sale, we needed to find a rental property at short notice as we were completing early in the New Year. Despite us starting the process in the week before Christmas, the team at Crossmeads provided a fantastic, attentive and fast service. Our main contact was Jess, who was brilliant from the initial contact, through the viewings and finalising the key paperwork (on Christmas Eve!) – a fantastic ambassador for the company. We also had a couple of queries in the first few weeks of moving in although these were dealt with via the maintenance team (Jane and Jen) both swiftly and efficiently – and always with a friendly approach. In summary, our experience has been fantastic and I cannot recommend Domnic and his team enough – Thank You.
